Big changes may be afoot in The Garden State…PEOPLE Magazine informants are reporting that Jacqueline Laurita, one of the brassy and sassy Franklin Lakes socialites who make up The Real Housewives of New Jersey is leaving the popular Bravo series after three seasons.
In a series of Tweets earlier this week, Laurita hinted that she’s done with the show and even refused to appear on the seasonal reunion show, which taped on Wednesday. Apparently, Jacqueline can no longer deal with the “drahmah” that comes along with being a television reality star.
Oh, cry us a river!
Jacqueline [Laurita] definitely quit,” a production tattle tells the glossy. “She had to walk away for her sanity. Jacqueline, a former Vegas cosmetologist-turned-full-time stay-at-home New Jersey mom, has been a staple on the docu-soap since its inception in 2009. Of course, she isn’t the first original castmember to jump ship on the series. Her similarly-frustrated sister-in-law, Dina Manzo, left the show in the middle of its second season after a feud with this series villian Danielle Staub, a former federal informant who was booted from RHOJ a short time later.
