Reese Witherspoon is not covering up her battle wounds from when she was hit by a car seven days ago.

The actress was spotted in L.A. yesterday with a black eye and a bandage on her forehead.

Last Wednesday, Witherspoon was hit by an 84-year-old driver who failed to stop in Santa Monica, Ca.

The Oscar winner was taken to a local hospital and later released.
