Amir Khan’s probable bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr could be the richest in history and could take place in the US in “six to nine months”, the Briton has said.


But first, the current WBA and IBF light-welterweight champion, will most likely fight American Lamont Peterson in a fight that is tentatively scheduled for December 10.As far as his imminent fight with  Peterson is concerned Khan said, “It’s on 10 December, that’s been confirmed, 99%. We’re looking at either Washington or New York or Montreal but I think it’s going to be a little bit cold in Montreal. But it will be somewhere in {North America}
