Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga Team Up for ‘The Lady Is a Tramp’

On his new album, “Duets II,” legendary crooner Tony Bennett works with scores of talented artists — but it’s doubtful any have quite the pop-culture cred of Lady Gaga.
In the video for their rendition of “The Lady Is a Tramp” — double entendre, kids! — Gaga ditches the wild costumes and instead dresses down, wearing a long black lace dress and only the most minimal of make-up. Even her hair is in a relatively conservative Marilyn Monroe-style bob.
Yeah, it’s turquoise, but hey, this is Lady Gaga’s version of mom-hair. Cut her some slack.
Best of all, the song isn’t over-produced, so you can actually hear her sing.
Bennett and Gaga seem to be having a great time during the video shoot, even dancing together during a musical interlude. Overall, the clip is a delight for both the eyes and the ears.
