Drone attack kills three in South Waziristan

SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: Four missiles fired by US drone aircraft struck a militant compound in a village in South Waziristan’s tribal region on the Afghan border, killing three suspected insurgents and wounding one, local intelligence officials said.


The missile strike targeted the suspected hideout of militants loyal to Maulvi Nazir, a Taliban commander.
