Heather Bormann, who was driving a party bus on August 28 when Fox allegedly demanded a ride to his hotel, has filed a lawsuit that says the “Lost” star hit her “with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arms and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury.”He was detained but not formally arrested after the incident.
