Jennifer Lopez Producing Latin Dramedy For FOX.

FOX has purchased the rights to a family dramedy with Jennifer Lopez tapped as an executive producer.




The singer/dancer/talent show judge (ie: Well-Rounded Renaissance Woman…) has teamed up with the brains behind TV’s Ugly Betty to create the new series. Silvio Horta, who served as executive producer and head writer for ABC’s now-defunct hit, will write the pilot for Lopez’s as-yet-untitled family show, which centers around three sisters and their Latino family.


It is not the only project TV Lopez is currently involved with – she is also working on Latin talent show Q’Viva! The Chosen with her estranged husband Marc Anthony and she has signed up to judge a second season of American Idol.
