The name Cameron Mackintosh may not immediately ring bells off the theater circuit, but the seasoned producer could soon become the darling of Beliebers near and far after announcing his desire to cast crooner Justin Bieber in the Toronto production of Les Miserables.The Tony-winning musical is headed to The Biebs’ old stomping ground for a limited engagement in a few weeks and Mackintosh has the hip-quierving hitmaker pegged as the perfect “Marius” for the all-new, “all-Canadian” production.
